harbor views. We stayed in the newer complex built in
the 1980s. Our spacious room and the others here in-
clude private balconies facing west. We overlooked
the harbor, the impressive Noyo River Bridge, the
mouth of the river and the ocean beyond. All the
rooms had refrigerators and electric fireplaces. The
Inn also provided ground coffee and a small French
press for morning brews, which according to Mary
was far superior to coffees making options at some of
our other stays.
After busy days of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to
relax on the balcony with a glass of wine as the set-
ting sun painted the sky red and fishing boats left the
sea for the safety of their docks. We thoroughly en-
joyed our splendid seclusion with a view of this Fort
Bragg treasure.
