Our Havana days included a range of cultural
stops – from a Raices Profundas Afro-Cuban
Dance Company rehearsal to a private shoot
with dancers from the Cuban National Ballet. We
spent one afternoon meeting women with
Olympic-sized dreams; they duked it out at Gim-
nasio Rafael Trejo, a local boxing ring.
