Helena Avenue Bakery
This unassuming rustic eatery housed in a
warehouse shared with the Santa Barbara Wine
Collective is a great first stop for visitors plan-
ning to follow the Funk Zone’s urban wine trail.

- or touring, while savory lunches keep spirits
high. Order pastry chef Claudia Silva’s updated
comfort food inside where you can watch bread

Yes, they showcased bakery items like French
baguettes, and plain, sweet fruit and herb
croissants. More substantial offerings ranged

ing The B.L.T. on sourdough, classic turkey
sandwich on sourdough, Tuscan kale caesar
salad and seasonal soups.
