PISCO SOUR
Ingredients:
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1oz egg white (the white from one egg)
3 oz pisco
Ice
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to the shaker without the ice and shake for 5 seconds.
Add the ice, approximately 8 cubes, egg white and shake for another 15 seconds.
Use a cocktail strainer to pour into the glass. Add a few drops of bitters to the
top…And enjoy!
